PRODUCERS' LAB

WAVES Film Bazaar continues its commitment to supporting and nurturing South Asian producers through its flagship producers’ programme at the 20th edition of the market, scheduled to be held from 20–24 November 2026 in Goa, alongside the International Film Festival of India (IFFI).

This initiative reflects WAVES Film Bazaar’s commitment to creating world-class learning, collaboration, and networking opportunities for producers navigating international markets and co-productions.

THE 2026 LAB WILL SELECT INTERMEDIATE SOUTH ASIAN PRODUCERS ACROSS TWO TRACKS -

Career Track: Professional growth and mentorship for producers without a project.

Project Track: Guidance, Feedback, and showcase opportunities for producers actively developing a project.

Over four days (21-24 Nov 2026), participants will engage in masterclasses, deep-dive mentoring and focused project groups, with evenings dedicated to networking at the bazaar.

Submissions open : 22nd Oct 2026 | Deadline 6th Nov 2026.

FEE

Applicants who wish to participate in the Lab must first submit their application form. Only selected applicants will be required to pay a non-refundable participation fee of INR 50,000/-. The payment details and deadline will be communicated to the selected applicants.

  • INR 50,000/-* for applications submitted on or before the Deadline, Nov 10, 2026.
    ● If you are already a paid registered delegate for Waves Film Bazaar 2026, the balance fee of the Producers  Lab will be applicable to you. For example (INR 50,000 - Delegate Registration fee{INR 20,000}).
